The +25 offset is what you want both front and rear in the Advans. You can use the standard 245/35F & 265/35R which will look a bit stretched or 255/35F & 275/35R (best choice I think). 285/35 should also work in the rear.

Offset is a bit strange, but this is how it works: a wheel with 0 offset would mount to the hub on the wheel centerline. A wheel with a + 25 offset mounts 25 MM inboard towards the centerline of the car as compared to a 0 offset wheel. The wheels I have are 19x9 +22 and 19x10 +22. There are pictures of my setup here: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=410207. The Advans you are interested in would be 3 MM inset from my setup. The competition package (ZCP) wheels are 19x9 +31 and 19x10 +25. You can easily find plenty of pictures of cars with those in the M3 Photos/Video/Media Gallery (here's one: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=470401). The Advan fronts would be 6 MM outboard of the front ZCP wheels and the same as the ZCP's in the rear. Lots of people think the ZCP wheels are sucked in too much at the front. If you got the +35 Advans, they would be even more sucked in.
