I got an estimate for $85 for a powder coat. I sent him pictures of an Eisenmann Race for reference as far as complexity and surface area.

Thanks buddy, but a 3/8" gap (cold) is enough. And I live in hot TX. It's probably just 1/8" closer to the bumper than stock, but it makes a big difference how it looks . Take care.
