Painted Reflectors Install?
Any tips? Or perhaps can someone point me to a past thread? I searched, "Painted reflectors Installation" and other iterations of that statement and didn't find any good tips. I figure there's gotta be a thread on it out there. They arrived in the mail today and will pop-it in tonight...that's what she said.
Thanks |

Anyway, a thread does exist. It has photos and is very helpful. Keep looking you'll find it.

OK, I'll give you one little tip... be careful not to drop it in the hole. After I got the old one out, I put the new one in place and started to snap it in when the whole thing slipped all the way in and I dropped it. Had to partially disassemble the underpanel under the front bumper to get it out. Not a big deal, just mildly irritating to spend half an hour screwing around on what should be a 3 minute job.

...I am almost with you. I am thinking of installing the clear reflectors instead of the orange ones. As far as the painted go... also not sure but, as usual, all the tastes are out there.

Still pondering: think I'd take the euro bumper. But the clear reflectors, now there's an idea. On a colour like MR would be a distinct improvement.

Not a fan of the painted reflectors either. I don't think they look right on the car because they stick out.
