Hate to break it to you, but loyalty doesn’t get you much with BMW NA these days. Maybe a free hat at delivery if you’re lucky. The days of secret VIP programs are mostly gone.

Depends on the dealership but some give swag with a new BMW purchase: hats, pens, etc.

My wife and I purchased a '23 330xi and '23 M3 Competition xDrive together. We got free all season mats. I feel the days of after sale perks has come and gone.

One of the things I really miss about BMW purchases from 2009 to 2013 is that we used to get glossy BMW magazines with gorgeous photos of the newest models. I could sit in the dealership lobby drinking flavors of fresh coffee while perusing the sales brochures. Oh well.

I have always asked for and received all season floor mats without an issue on every car I have purchased. My dealer also gives me hats and T shirts if I ask (something I always do ).

While I wouldn't say I'm BMW's best customer by any stretch of the imagination, I am on my 8th or 9th at this point.

I once got a pen in the mail. It didn't work.

My dealership is pretty generous with swag when I get a new car from them. Hats, mugs, floor mats, cleaning kits, BMW watch, they're very nice to me and I think to all customers there.

From BMW NA I get nada

I remember the days in the early to mid 2000's when I'd get random things from BMW NA in the mail. 1st anniversary with my car gifts, artist's rendering of the concept of the BMW I bought. Nice BMW pens, brochures of full line up or what is coming out. I miss those days of random unexpected gifts from BMW NA.

Got a bit of swag -- coffee thermos mug -- with my BMW 2022 230i purchase. But I was also charged a $2500 ADM...

For my 2023 M2 purchase I don't recall getting anything other than a full tank of gasoline. No loyalty discount even though I had the 230i which I traded in when I bought the M2.

For my 2024 230i xDrive I don't recall getting anything. (I traded in a 2024 MINI JCW.)

For my 2024 M8 purchase I got a heck of a discount and on top of this I also got a $2000 loyalty discount and $9000 "credit" discount this even though I financed just $20,000 (at 3.99% for 4 years but which I paid off after 3 months).

The i4 I got a pretty good discount and on top of this a loyalty discount. But I don't recall how much the loyalty discount was. Oh and I was given a BMW hat.

But you don’t have to. I’d love to know what BMW has done for those on their fifth 3 Series, their third M3 or their fourth X5.

C’mon..share. Let the great unwashed in on the amenities BMW offers its best customers.

There’s no secret VIP club from BMW NA, but the perks are real if you’re a repeat buyer.

Main one is loyalty cash - $1k to $5k off if you’ve leased/financed a BMW in the last 12 months. Higher-end models get more.

The rest is dealer-level: priority service, better loaners, waived fees, early access to allocations. Once you’ve bought 3-4 cars through the same center, they’ll usually take care of you to keep you coming back.

If you’ve got 3+ BMWs on your record, just tell the sales manager upfront. That’s when the ‘unpublished’ stuff shows up."

I've only purchased $210k worth of BMWs in the last 4 years, so I'm probably not a VIP. I don't receive anything special from BMW, nor have I from any vehicle manufacturer that I've spent a lot of money with - few hundred k with Jeep/Stellantis, few hundred k with GM, etc. None of them care.

I received a free 1 Day Class at the BMW Performance Center in Greer SC. I decided to do a 2 day class instead, and paid the difference for the second day out of pocket. I am not sure which part of BMW NA offered me the free day, but it may have been BMW corporate, or it may have been that the Performance Center initiated it for some reason. In any event the Performance Center Class was amazing.

This was for my 2nd BMW in 5 years, and after my third trip to the Performance Center - but these were free events + Performance Center Delivery.

I’m on my fourth BMW and honestly haven’t gotten anything special from BMW NA..no secret perks or coddling. Best I’ve seen is loyalty rebates and M Track Days invites, but those are public. If there’s a VIP club, I’m still waiting for my invite.

Nothing to do with BMW NA...for me, it was the dealer.

I ordered my 2025 M3 November 2024.

When I ordered a 2026 X5 in November 2025, I was given $7,000 off the MSRP without asking.

Your dealer might do something, if you have the same SA or some relationship with the GSM but otherwise bmw doesn’t care…. BMWs model is built on a huge chunk of repeat leasing so there are a lot more “loyal” fans than you might think by the definition of multiple vehicles over a period of time. Whether they truly care or just picked the cool badge and don’t have any imagination to reconsider is much harder for bmw to discern.

The only "Club" from BMW NA is the Corporate Sales Program if you work for a company that has it with BMW NA. It's just extra incentives and fleet pricing. I used it for my 2019 BMW M4 and I was able to get ~$10K off.

https://bmwna.jotform.com/form/83125576463158

You get a certificate and you need to provide paystub.

It used to be better, now it's only like 1-2K incentive or even $0. Back then BMW did not separate M cars, it was like "4 Series" and the M4 qualified.

In 2019 the incentives were crazy good compared to now.

Three weeks ago, drove across the state line to IL to get my 2026 X5 40i xDrive that came with regular cruddy carpet floor mats. I said WTF, if you would have posted the window sticker on your website I would have negotiated the all season floor mats. I guilted them into throwing them in no charge….but not the rear all season cargo mat. 🤪
