OP, any updates to share on your issue from few years ago?

I am experiencing this same code U0107 on my vehicle which has 123k miles. The issue is it is inconsistent, so it comes & goes... I can go on for almost 30 miles without any issues (with 4-6 key cycles in between), then it returns. Anyone else experience this code?

Thanks

It ended up being throttle bodies for me.... replaced with 2 OEM's and issue was resolved.

You meant throttle actuators?

Hey all, haven't posted in a while. Still driving my 2009 coupe. Car went into limp mode last week while my wife was driving the car. Had to codes read today and it was bank 2 TBA. Had Bank 1 TBA replaced 5 years ago. Crazy thing, when I did the first one 5 years ago, the whole job, parts and labour was done for $1,400 by Rocco at RMP Motors here in Toronto. Now, the list price for the part is over $2,500CDN! That's just for one piece. I've got a guy that can get it for me for around $1,500 CDN but that's still more than I paid in 2021 for the whole job! Does anyone know why the price on these things has skyrocketed like this? I know everything is more expensive these days, but, it seems the price on the part has gone up 2.5x in 5 years.

Don't buy new TBAs. Instead buy refurbished units that are better than the OEM part due to upgraded internals.
