Emmisions I/M readiness 2nd Air Injection.

Hey all,
Im running into this issue with the Secondary Air Injection being incomplete even after my scanner reads ?OK? after every cold start for ?current drive cycles? i am on my 7th cold start and it has not cleared on the i/M readiness page, still showing ?Incomplete?.

Usually Secondary Air Injection sets ?OK? on the third cold start for me.

All my monitors were cleared/pass until one day they all decided to reset on their own, troubleshot the unit and determined that my ID4Motion digital cluster was not holding the I/M readiness and was resetting after every other shutdown. I installed my factory cluster, systems are not resseting anymore all ready except for 2nd air injection. I am already passed the due date for emmisions, thanks California.

Update:
I was finally able to get SAP to clear/ready. I believe the the ECU was stuck on some kind of loop. No idea if that is a thing.
I ended up removing the SAP and bench tested the unit, all checked ok. Ran the engine twice with SAP disconnected until the car kicked a SAP pending code. Hooked everything back to normal, did a cold start. SAP went to ready on initial start. Took the car in this morning to get it smogged, all clear now.
