Someone cut into the O2 sensor cable on the car’s side at some point. Had to splice the cable back together…

BMW doesn’t sell the plug anymore. Had to find a similar one.

Nice! Pro-tip, I keep a working/old spare TA in my trunk for emergency roadside repairs on road trips. Along with an ignition coil.

Pro-tip for a pro-tipper; use a food saver and a silica gel dessicant pack to pull a light vacuum on your in-vehicle spares for insurance against water intrusion.

Installed ALP 2Rx/1Tx front and rear. Used the factory grommet on the driver side to feed the cables into the control box that's placed in the driver footwell

The front Tx needs to be switched horizontally. I'll likely put it midline below the grills as that's 14" above the ground

I swapped out my hood vent covers to matte black. They match the verts matte mirror case (Different thank e90/92 glossy mirror case) and my chrome delete.

The contrasted matte finish covers against the glossy sheen of the painted hood revives the vents a little more presents.

I also replaced my trunk struts. 🍻

I wanted to change the lighting to something warmer. I saw this at High Performance Bulbs. I really like the amber color. It’s more subtitle than the photos appear. Blends beautifully with the orange lighting in the car. Need to do the puddles next.

Washed my Moonstone Metallic E92 M3 in a very cinematic way.
Enjoy the full experience:

Felt it was time for a refresh, so got a new set of VS5-RSs that landed over the weekend. Going to try a slight up size in the rear to 295/35/18 from my current 285s.

Also, all of the replica BMW center caps have seemingly vanished from Amazon. It seems to be easier to find the floating center caps than regular ones. That's a bit too bling for my tests, though, given I'm also running gold wheels. Don't want to double up.

I personally feel, you should only run BMW caps on BMW wheels. My Apex wheels run Apex caps or none.

Roger That!!!
Luv that 'symmetry' look...both static & rollin'

'Floaters' are quite subtle - not bling by any means.
Unsure why such a 'characterization' exists, especially compared to many unsavory, so-called 'aesthetic enhancements' seen all too often perpetrated on e9X M3s

True dat...jus make certain OEs runnin' w/ 'Floaters'

don't overlook performance benefit of reduced 'rotational mass'.
Some say...worth at least a tenth 0-60
