For sale - OEM Gloss Carbon Interior Trim (Maybe Best Offer)

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds

Item Interest
EDIT: SOLD THE CAR WITH THIS OEM TRIM STILL IN IT. I have OEM BMW full gloss carbon trim on my 2013 E92 M3, this is not autotechnic or similar. I have not seen this oem trim on any other E9x M3's besides one 13 E93 M3 on a showroom floor pics on the forums. It's on my factory window sticker. Before potentially trading my e92 in to a dealer or selling it I wanted to see if this was a grail piece for someone. I don't think I've seen another set of OEM for sale before so this is a "best offer" if I do even sell it.
The piece that is damaged is the drivers door trim, the clear coat has three cracks in it that you cannot really see and a few of the back tabs on it broke off when I installed Bavsound (we pulled from both sides vs proper way is peeling from one side, yes I'm dumb) I can provide pics, the main dash piece has the tiniest dent, its in that pic but essentially impossible to see IRL except for on an extreme angle, every other piece is basically perfect. All pieces have OEM part numbers that go back to the NLA part.

Beautiful and rare set, you just don't see this OEM CF interior trim ever come up for sale. Still, it would be a bummer for the next owner to buy this car and later realize the car had originally come with this trim but it had been removed

I have this set for an E90 which is probably even more rare, I paid $800 for it 3-4 years ago, for reference.

Agree, and damn what a find. Is there any interchangeability between the E92 and E90 bits? I guess if there were it'd only be the center console and dash, doors are probably different size.

Dash, maybe? Doors pieces are definitely different between the E90 & E92.

Do you have a photo of your full window sticker?

Agreed, but my E92 has nearly 100k miles and isn't a "great" spec by any means (Jerez, sunroof... LOL (Lots of haters)), I personally love it but I don't think this carbon makes or breaks it in terms of sale vs carbon leather. I'm taking some of my other oem+ bits off like the GTS door sills, Dinan intake, etc as I don't think they add value vs I could just price it better and get the $ out of these pieces.
Only selling if its a great offer and I could make some $ and buy carbon leather, maybe it won't sell but I figure maybe someone here will really appreciate the rare piece vs if I sell my car to a dealer or individual that wants a "cheaper" e9x m.

Yes, there's a little bit in the above but here's the whole thing. It's a very loaded E92. From what I've gathered it is the final E92 delivered in CT as my local dealer sold it new and gave me some of the details they had in the system. Custom order and had to trade allocations to another dealer to get it, this local dealer sold the most LRP editions as well. Carbon trim is listed as a $1480 option. Its an odd spec... EDC + 19 inch wheels but no comp pack lol.

I have the same set on my car, unfortunately my dash piece cracked and BMW no longer sells this. I would buy the dash piece if you part out. Any idea how much you want for the set?

Have an offer at $1k currently. Make me an offer for the whole set, not selling any individual pieces
