E92 m3 limp mode issues

Hi guys looking for some advice with my current situation with my car. I have a 2008 e92 m3 6m/t. A couple months ago my car randomly started to go into limp mode the first couple of times i thought it was a fluke because the car had not developed any new codes. I would be able to shut the car off and wait a couple seconds and restart the car and drive with zero issues. This started to happen more often until it eventually would stay in limp mode after restarting the car and the throttle response declined. I like most people assumed throttle actuators. I bought a new set from ecs and installed them myself. After installing I fired the car up and the issue persisted. I read that some people needed to reset the throttle adaptations luckily my scan tool had the ability todo that so I went ahead with that. This momentarily fixed my issue I was able to drive the car for about 30 minutes until my limp mode came back and the throttle response was gone. After tearing the plenum off once again I found the bank 2 actuator wasn’t functioning at all it would jiggle a little bit when the car was first put into accessory mode but nothing after that. I took it to a shop they told me it was a faulty actuator. So I bought a new one and went to install when I got curious if it was truly faulty and just decided to swap the “non functioning” bank 2 actuator onto bank 1 and vice versa. To my surprise the “non functioning” actuator worked on bank 1 and now the acuator originally on bank 1 didn’t work on bank 2. So then I did some investigation of my main engine harness. The bank 1 and bank 2 plugs for the actuators had some variations between what pin did what all the pins were the same besides pin 4. Pin 4 on the functional side was constant 12v while pin 4 on bank 2 was a ground. I wasn’t a fan of pulling the harness apart and finding if I had a faulty wire so I sourced a used main engine harness from a 2008 m3 dct. After that swap my cars problems have progressed. Now both banks are throwing codes and not communicating with the cas I believe. Not sure if this is a dme issue and it needs to be recalibrated or if I have just severely overlooked a common problem. Please let me know any advice you have or any further questions.
