Mixed ACL Rod Bearing Install + ARP2000 Bolts Torque Spec

I recently bought a mixed/measured set of ACL rod bearings (half standard, half HX oversized) which also came with ARP2000 bolts.

I'm across the installation procedure aside from two things;

-Can the H and HX shells be installed in any position (rod or cap) or should the oversized bearing always be installed in a certain position?

-What is the torque spec for the ARP2000 bolts? I've seen both 45 and 50 ft-ibs and am unsure which to use. I don't believe these are the BE bolts, just the 'normal' ARP2000 ones.

Thanks!
