2011 M3 - cooling fan issues - K9137 relay location?

Does anyone know?

New fan - second one which supposed to be alright, I’m not sure if I can just start it on the bench as I think it needs some signal, 5V?
Inpa / Ista tested, still doesn’t start / but I also can’t see any 12V on the
