Headlights and taillights not working

I just finished a radar laser jammer install and my headlights no longer work. I’m at a complete loss as to what is causing this.
I have checked and verified all the fuses at the three interior panels. I have attached BimmerCode to see if there are codes. I get no warnings or notifications from the check control. The light illuminates on the on/off control panel. Any help or troubleshooting ideas are welcome.

I can't give you any specific help, but were I you I'd disconnect everything having to do with the jammer, putting all of the wiring back the way it originally was. If the lights still don't work, this'll tell you that there's a problem outside of the jammer; if they do, then you know the jammer and/or it's wiring is causing the problem. It won't fix the problem, but at least it'll narrow it down and point you in the right direction. Right now you have a situation where you don't know if the problem is being caused by the jammer, or if you broke something during the installation.

My fear is I
1) disconnected and incorrectly reinstalled fuses while trying to find switched power to tap
2 ) possibly blew a fuse during testing and its somewhere I haven’t accessed yet
3) rare possibility I have damaged adjacent wires while routing wires through car.

The only actual point of interface where the radar laser interfaces with the car is at the ground and the power tap.

I will try what you suggest and see if the isolation changes things
Thank you

In that case, I'd remove the tap and the ground and see what happens. It sounds likely that you've got a short happening somewhere.
