Resonator delete on aftermarket exhaust?

I have valvetronic design's full exhaust, race midpipe (catless, 2 resonators), and axleback. Was wondering if deleting the resonators is a complete no or if it makes it sound better / worse.

I saw someone else do this on video, never heard it in person though. I want more noise, and don't really care about drone at all. Anyone know if it's a bad idea before I do it? I don't want it to sound tasteless and lose the sole reason the s65 is so great

It'll probably make it much raspier, which for me is worse. Some people like that I guess but I wouldn't do that.

I'm surprised you want it louder. I'd think that system is plenty loud. Maybe a Meisterschaft is better for you.

Resonators don't affect volume. They simply cancel out resonant frequencies. Basically cleans up the sound, but not quieter, that's what a muffler does. Though cats will also lower volume a little, but also change the sound (smoother sounding, and a bit "stuffy")
