H&R Swaybar and Powerflex bushing, problem with size

Has anyone installed powerflex bushings on H&R swaybar?

I need new sway bar bushings and I want to upgrade to Powerflex bushings, (preferably Black series)

But the sizes powerflex has don't match 100%
Would it be possible to fit bushings that are 0,5mm too small?

I assume that bushings that are 1mm too big will not work properly

Front bar is: 27mm - Powerflex bushing 26,5mm or 28mm

Rear bar is: 23mm - Powerflex bushing 22,5mm or 23,6mm

I don’t want new H&R bushings, I want to try something even more track focused.
What bushings do people use for a dedicatet track car?

They would bind more and probably squeak but I think they would likely "work." Dedicated track car here, stock sway bars and bushings.
