Throttle actuator problem. Tried 2 brand new ones both don't work

Hello I am in need of some help. I have been going after this for over 2 months and can’t figure it out. Called so many places and don’t so much. So about two months ago I tuned my bmw e93 m3 with to tunes. While I was uploading the tune, the car died and long story short I had to buy a new ecu. I bought a new ecu on eBay and sent over the bin to the tuner. He got the tune and sent it to me. I uploaded the tune and the new ecu works and the car does start and run. But right after I tuned the car it was automatically in limp mode. I read the codes and came up with throttle actuator 2 bank predict check. And a few other throttle actuator 2 codes. I tried to clear the codes but nothing worked. I bought two used throttle actuators to see if they would work cause the person I got them from someone who said for sure one works. But none worked so I assumed it may be a bad one that he sent me so I bought a rebuilt one online. The for sure works. Very reliable company. And I just put in the brand new one and cleared the code and it’s still in limp mode and code comes back after I turn off the car. I don’t know what it could be if it isn’t the throttle actuator. Just bizarre this all came up right after I tuned my car. I never had this problem before the tune and never had codes. There is a new ecu in the car as well. Any help would be great. I’m very stuck.

Also have tried to call a few places and they say to try to replace the actuator. Which I did. So it isn’t the actual actuator. It has to be more than that. Just weird it came up right after the tune. I told my tuner about what happened and he said it can’t be the tune. He does so many of them and he double checked my tune and said it was all right. Could it be a tune issue still or possibly because of the new ecu. Worst possible case is it would be wiriing but I fought that because it never had any issues before tune

No, this isn’t the tune or the tuner’s fault. The TA codes will still occur even with OEM software. Your issue is mechanical and possibly electronics related, and you need to replace both throttle actuators with trusted rebuilt units—not just replacing the gears. You also didn’t mention who you sourced the rebuilt TAs from. There’s really only one highly trusted person for this, based in the UK, with verified sellers in the US.

Second, you flashed your car without using a trickle charger, which likely caused your DME to short. This could mean that several other systems might have been affected as well.

Third, are you sure you replaced the TAs with properly rebuilt actuators and not units that only had the gears replaced? Simply swapping the gears doesn’t fix the underlying issues and is effectively a temporary band-aid.

Thank you so much for the help it means a lot. So yes first when I was tuning my car I dident use a trickle charger which caused it. Took to delaship right after that and they told me the only things it took out where both seat modules. I dident have them fix anything cause they wanted 5k just for ecu. The actuator in bank 1 is perfectly fine I have a very expensive scan tool and can activate both actuators. It works on bank 1 perfectly fine. But bank two doesn’t change. I am %100 positive I bought a good working part not just rebuilt gears. I got the part from Straightsix
autoparts. I talked to a shop that works only on bmw and they said that it is very trusted seller. Even have 30 return window on the TA. I wouldn’t see why I have to replace both actuators for it to work cause I’ve seen people with only one bad bank and they replace the bank and it works. I could take it to a shop to see if they can see any electrical or computer problems. Thank you again for the feedback. It really helps

yeah no, what you bought wasn't a rebuilt TA but a barely functional one, do your self a favor and just buy proper rebuilt TA's from the link above.
