egr valve gaskets for SAP delete
i got my EGR valves off as part of the SAP delete, and am realizing two things.
1 - there's no way to scrape off the existing gaskets, they're on there good. 2 - they actually look pretty good. (the lifted corner on one is from me trying to pry it with a fingernail) and you can see there's no material transfer on one of the valves, and a pretty small amount on the other. what would you guys do? slap a second layer of gasket over the existing one? leave the current ones? other ideas?

I would leave them on there. This type of gasket material is graphite and will still seal just as long as you don't disturb the surface too much.
