Valved Exhaust

I've seen a few people run Valved Exhausts from Alibaba with stock X Pipe, and cats.

They recently took off the GRWA Performance Exhaust one off their site, anybody know anything similar to that one that doesn't require a new xpipe, and keeps cats?
