I purchased this car in 2018 after spending almost a year looking for an example that was well cared with a good service history. I received a call from Parkview BMW that this car was on trade and I had first rights to purchase prior to listing. Drive down the next day and pulled the trigger after viewing the car on the lift, going through the PPI with the Master Tech. and reviewing the service history print out. The vehicle had 27,000 KM's at the time.

Upon purchase of the vehicle, I flushed all fluids (Engine, Transmission, Differential, Brake).

Maintenance within the last 5,000 KM's:

Coil Pack
New MIchelin Pilot Super Sport Tires (245/35/19 Front & 265/35/19 Rear)

This car has been maintained by a proper enthusiast.
Car was limited to 3,000 RPM prior to reaching optimal temperature before driving spiritedly.
Garage stored during my entire ownership.
Never winter driven.

Very high price my friend ! 2008 manual M3's have the lowest value of all E9X + it is black on black... low kms but the specs isn't there to get near 55k$. Even at 35k, would be too expensive.

yes. 2008 manual's are worth nothing lol. least desired year, transmission, body and specs. It drops the value by a lot. There were 2 individual's E92 2013 (imola and monte carlo) with similar kms for 45k$ few months ago.

I bet those rare individuals were clapped out examples. Why didn’t you buy either of them instead?

2008 or not, regardless of colour or spec there’s no way something this clean is worth less than $35k in this market. He can even trade it in for more.
