Which SPL swaybar llnks to get? FCP has 3 options
Could someone help me choose which sway bar links to get on FCP. I have JRZ coils with stock sway bars.
My car is making crazy rubber binding noises when I turn now and I want to try changing the links before sending them the shocks for rebuild that they recommend. Appreciate any help. https://www.fcpeuro.com/BMW-parts/M3...waybar%20links .

the short ones..
I had the longer ones (didnt realize there as a short option) and I always had this clunk with my ohlins, turns out the swaybar end links were hitting the control arm. If you read the description, it says "for oem struts" and for "aftermarket" you need the aftermarket as they are like 2 inchs shorter.

With aftermarket performance front struts they typically place the sway bar mount lower on the strut body so they have a sufficient length of height adjustment threads. For example, MCS dampers require a sway bar drop link that’s 11.5”-12.5” length which is shorter than stock. BimmerWorld offers stock adjustable sway bar drop links which have a 12”-13.5” adjustable length. The FCPeuro SPL links look like they are for stock strut sway bar mounting locations. I’d give Ground Control a call. They should be able to help you pick the correct length for your JRZs.

Will ask Ground Control too. Now I have a rubber rubbing sound when turning the wheel at slower speeds in addition to the rattling sounds. Shop thinks it's the struts. They disconnected the sway bars but it still makes noise but no noise when the suspension is going up and down. Only with turning. .
