Wow, this is definitely intriguing, though it sounds like you may already have a deal in place.

I'm in Seattle and my interior is a perfect match - black, heated fronts, fold down rears, sunshades, and also has enhanced sound (silver speaker trim). What year is your E90, aren't there some other things to consider with the headrests or something, I have a buddy that did a swap and ran into some issues as the cars were a few years apart in age.

It would probably be more cost effective to fly up and rent a uhaul or a van to drive back down to SoCal. Shipping would be multiple heavy and large packages and would most likely be over $1k.
