Throttle Actuators
Two used throttle actuators. Took them out of my 2009 M3 with 69k miles. One if definitely defective as the gears are visibly worn, the other one might still be functioning. Don't know as my throttle sensors were defective as well. $200, shipping included to the lower 48 states. Pics available upon request.

The guy from Euro Power Motorsports (I think it used to be called M Power) rebuilds throttle actuators and is currently buying used actuators for $100 each. Might as well just sell yours to him.
