tightening torque for water pump S65???
Hi guys, wanting to do a water pump replacement on my S65.
Does anyone have tightening torques for the water pump to the motor? All I can find is tightening torques of the pulley. Have had a look in ISTA but I m only new to it so maybe I m missing something? Cheers |

It’s likely the same as most other M6 bolts on the motor, which is 10nm or 7 ft-lbs.

I usually get new bolts for a new component in anticipation of finding that the old bolts are damaged or heavily corroded. But I don’t see why you can’t reuse them as long as they’re OK.

10nm, just past hand tight. the o-ring keeps it from leaking not the tightness of the bolts. dont replace the hardware, no need to.
