Other Variations of G60

Anyone knows if BMW will offer a V8 version of the G60 the way they did with the new 7?

I love the looks of the new 5 inside/out. I'm glad they designed the curved display into the dashboard and did not make it look like glued in as an after thought the way they did with X and other series.

All we need now is an M560

I had seen from multiple sources the m550 is not coming as a G60. The G99 comes with the V8.

I think if you want a powerful 5 series, it's either going to be the M5 or the range toping EV i5 m60.

What about this info? It states that an M550e will be available. If the V8 is offered on the new 7, it doesn't make sense to push everyone to an electric car! I'm sure there are many people that don't want an EV now, this will kill BMW's sells for the highest selling BMW...

It says right in that post that the 550e (not M550e) will have the B58. The e models are hybrids, not full electric.

I just noticed it, there will be an M560e but will not be a V8. The horse power looks good and the B58 is a good and stable engine.
