Thought the V2s fixed the cracking issues. This one looks to have been previously cracked in multiple places...

It does look like a V1 modified to a V2 style reinforcement.

90% sure that is the person I bought it from.(I saw it on Craigslist). He did tell me it was a v1 and that it had been repaired/reinforced. When I had posted it on marketplace a while back, someone had told me the holes in the muffler meant that it is a v2.

So it seems like it’s a v1 that has been modified to essentially be a v2?

I can also confirm it does work as normal. I have one on the space grey e90 comp I just purchased and they sound the same.

Yes that was me you bought it from

V1 that cracked, but was then repaired and reinforcement rods were added to make it similar to the V2.
