2 Recaro SPA Hans Kevlar Seats -- What Mounting Option to Choose?
Hi everyone,
I bought some seats for my M3. One is used from 2007 (still in great shape considering the age). The other is brand new. I'm wondering what is the best seat mounting option available for these cars? Ideally sliders for passenger seat, but for driver side, I'm not opposed to sliders, but won't really move the seat unless I allow a friend to drive the car. Weight savings is something I want to consider, since I spent an unnecessary amount on the SPA version to save a small amount of weight. I appreciate your insight and am open to feedback. Thank-you!! Sincerely, Alex ![]() ![]() ![]()

In my opinion there are no better options than Brey Krause. I run the BK setup on my Recaro Pole Position ABE seats paired with manual oem sliders.

custom mounts is the best way to go.
