*Mechanic Special* E92 M3 2008 6SP Alpine White

Hi everyone. I am selling my 2008 BMW M3 E92 6 Speed Manual Alpine White with Black Interior. It currently has 74k miles. I bought the car in 2017 and never had the time to fix it completely. The story behind it, was that it was purchased via auction due to flood (Salvage title). Once we received the car, we rebuilt the motor with new pistons, new rod bearings, and many different new parts. Once we started up, it was normal then after 30 seconds it would go into limp mode. The issue is that it gives codes on the timing. I believe it is the timing that we can't get right. However, the top of the motor is already opened. So due to that, the car has to be towed. The overall car needs TLC. There is dents and damage on the car. The interior is in good shape. No rips or tears. This car is being sold as is, and there would be no warranty provided. This car is only for someone with the knowledge of working on cars and motors. Due to the rarity of the car, my price is $13,000. I accept cash or ETH only. Im located in Glendale, CA. I've seen this car parked many years at Mobil always wanted to ask what was wrong with it now we know glws brother

Ps if you don't need the air intake box only the box I'll buy it off you

curious, why did you replace the pistons? You did a full engine tear down, but could not get the timing set correctly?

Seller is a solid guy. I've sold him bbs LM's before. If this ends up as a part out I'd be interested in the radiator support!

Haha that's crazy you noticed. Bought the car with the intentions of doing a full project, widebody air bags etc, but I just didn't have time to finish it

One of the pistons were broken, and yes took apart the motor completely. Just couldn't get the timing done correctly for some reason, and I just stopped working on it for a couple years

If you don't use the intake box I need a oem one
