Coolan change

Hi,
e92 2011, I didnt find any BMW recommendation about coolant change. But some people recommend to change it. W high probability at my car is still the origin. I find somewhere some discussion about change each 4-5 years.

So I will change it now, any idea how many liters I need? Its a tricky question, nowhere written exactly. I think there is probably 9L of fluid, so if I buy 4,5 L coolant 100% strength and dilute to recommended 50:50 ratio w distillate water, then Im fine?

1 gallon of OE coolant mixed 50:50 with distilled water will be sufficient.
