I had to trim several of the hoses, including the one you are talking about. Glad they added extra, better than too short. I also found some separator clips at work that allowed me to route hoses better and eliminate rubbing as much as possible. That area is rather busy with many hoses and tubes as it is. Looks like yours would just need a reroute. Mine is similar to DrFerry's routing.

I have a high pitch squeal coming from my blower that I'm assuming is the bypass valve.

Is everyone else's bypass valve super loud?

LOL, they all squeal man, its a roots-type! Squeal is the name of the game! Or maybe whine is a better term, lol! If it is RPM-based then all is well and right with the world! Enjoy!

It's not S/C whine, it's super loud at idle and partial throttle. I have a full straight-pipe exhaust (no cats or mufflers) and the squeal is loud and clear above my exhaust.

Edit-I wish the S/C whine was hellcat loud.

That pulley seems to be spinning freely. You can see it in the video. I put a screw driver to the pulley and put my ear to it and didn't hear the squeal or frequency of it being transmitted through the handle.

Interesting. Thanks.

*Edit: I'm talking with BPM and Harrop regarding the noise. I'll provide an update when I get one.

They're thinking it may be the one way valve in the fuel tank purge line under the blower. I'm waiting to hear back from them again. It's gonna be a minute before I can pull the blower and check it.

Whoa, that could be quite some work to remove the blower again, and then reinstall it, if the fuel purge valve is bad. Was it okay before the install?

How about posting another video - at higher RPM than idle - so folks can hear what it sounds like? Let us know the root cause and remedy.

A whistle could also come from a vacuum leak or perhaps one of the throttle body rubber boots being loose under the blower plenum.
It was brand new. I'm 99% sure the ITB boots are properly seated and tightened, obviously when I get in there I'll check them. It goes away under WOT and decel conditions. Whatever the outcome I'll let you guys know.

That squeal sounds pretty normal to me as well - mine makes the same sound.

On another note, if anybody has an issue with the bypass valve malfunctioning, PM me. I had to tear mine apart because it wasn't holding boost under throttle and found electrical connectors that just shit the bed.

Has anyone one here added an intercooler chiller system like Killer Chiller or Interchiller? Very interested in first hand results!

Mine sounds the same intermittently at idle.

For the 12 who have been patiently waiting for your kits - thank you!

We have packages prepared that you will be receiving separately with the injectors and tuning cable (or just injectors if you already have software from us). Fortunately we allocated these today as we are 34 injectors short (yes, I asked also where the 2 lost ones went...) The short 32 and missing 2 were ordered from Bosch and should arrive in the next week or so.

I will have a definitive answer in a couple weeks on the ETA of the kit itself, but I believe we are looking at mid January.

I will be reaching out to everyone in the next week to submit the final bank wire. Tracking numbers will be sent for the injectors/cable by mid-month. That way once the kit arrives you'll have the injectors, cable, and software in your email and you're ready to strap her down and have a whole new driving experience.

Thank you, and please let us know if you have any questions

I have that same sound, only when it first starts up. Goes away after a few minutes.

Always kinda wondered what it was.

Long shot but do any of you with a manual transmission and Harrop blower interested in selling your car? I'm very interested in buying. Has to be manual. I had a Harrop DCT M3 before already. Highly prefer coupe ZCP, no verts.

PM me let's talk!

Injectors and tuning cables are assigned, packaged, labeled and will go out tomorrow (for those outside of CA). You should have received the tracking information via email an hour ago.

Will be reaching out Thursday/Friday to finalize.

Received confirmation from Harrop that subassembly is in progress with an ETA of mid to late Jan for kit arrival.

For those still looking to acquire a kit, please email info@bpmsport.com with your full name,
Address, phone, email address, car details (year, chassis, transmission, mileage) and we will place you on the waiting list. Any inquiries with missing info will not be processed. Would hope for delivery end of first quarter or second quarter '22 but will need to confirm this.

I'll leave a few pics here from a recent photoshoot (the rest of the epic photos I'll try to post in the next week. What a blast it was ripping through that canyon… thanks everyone!

Does anyone know, off hand, what the approximate water capacity of the intercooler system is?

They should all be en route now. Will send everyone tracking info tomorrow. Note that DHL will contact you for some information due to the value of the shipment. Thank you!

Edit: looks like DHL wants info on the importer of record. If you get an email from them asking for information, please forward it to us and we will take care of it. Thanks!
