Blend door actuator failure

I have no issues with my heater core, thermostat, water pump, or anything else.

I don't hear anything changing as I turn the heat up and I don't get anything warm on the passenger side and it's luke warm on the driver side. Is this a blend door actuator?

If anyone has any insight or has done one of these, I'd love to hear that it's super easy and doesn't require dash removal

You will need to scan the HVAC system for codes. If a blend door motor has failed then it should throw a code. Depending on which blend door has failed, it could be easy or a nightmare.

I did scan and nothing came up on ISTA, however - I believe I've figured this out. Hopefully it will help someone at some point.

The heater core has two separate chambers from what I understand. These can become clogged over time. My passenger side has no heat, but the driver side does upon fully warming up the vehicle and driving it. I haven't done a flush yet since I JUST did a radiator replacement a few weeks ago, but I think I will bite the bullet and do one again anyway so I can flush out whatever is in there. If not, I'll suffer. This is a summer vehicle anyway and I'm not about to rip apart my dash as we go into winter.

The only other issue I can see is if air wasn't all purged from the system. You may have to try to purge air out of it again to see if things improve.

That was the only other thing I was thinking possibly, but I can't get any more air out. I've purged a lot.
