Nice!

What's been your issue? I had a TPMS malfunction. Dealer replaced all sensors then still had the error, so then replaced the centralized module and put back in the old sensors.

And I still have gotten a few pop up TPMS malfunction messages. But haven't had it for a few weeks so I'm at a loss. I'm hoping mine vanished like yours lol.
I forget the exact words but it was a 'TPMS system malfunction. Cannot monitor tire pressure', or something like that.

Dealership said my TPMS sensor battery died. Thinking the module was just unplugged in light of Blindside_137 post

Tried out some interior brushes with p&s express on the leather. Not bad for 105k mile interior!

It's really easy! Xpress clean is cheap, so are the brushes! Just spray, lather with a brush, wipe! There was still more to clean but didn't want to kill myself, so I'm just going to do it over the next couple washes

I wish, my valve cover gaskets say otherwise! That said, being garaged its whole life and never sitting outside has paid off!

Last fall I was involved in a hit-and-run in which my M3 was totaled. A drunk put me into and sent me over a retaining wall at highway speeds (she was later caught).

I was not only heartbroken but my body was as well. I fractured 3 vertebrae and broke my sacrum (spade-shaped bone at the base of your spine). I have a 3" titanium screw in my back as a permanent reminder.

After about 6 months of intensive rehab I began assembling parts to rebuild an M3. In June, I found a replacement - a minty, pampered 2008 Space Gray over Fox Red 1-owner that was purchased new in Germany by an Officer in the Air Force who shipped it state-side after his tour. From there it spent its life in California where I bought it sight unseen with a very modest 42,000 miles.

Three weeks ago I dropped it off at my buddy's race shop for serious surgery (shout out to Pete's European Techniques and getting friend labor rates). Today I took re-delivery of her in all her glory.

Build list:

- ESS 625
- Rod Bearings
- JRZ RS Twos w/ Ground Control camber plates
- Eibach 700 / 900 springs
- Fall Line Rear End Links
- GAS Monoballs
- Dinan Sway
- AKG Engine and Tranny mounts
- Stoptech Trophy Nickel Plated BBK
- Awron gague
- Challenge X-pipe
- Eisenmann Race rear powder-coated black
- 19" Titan 7s w/ Michelin 4s
- Ultimate Clutch Pedal
- AutoSolutions SSK
- Front and rear wheel bearings
- Corner balance
- Plugs, diff and tranny fluid, and other random maintenance items
- Assorted other goodies...

A complete detail is on the menu for the weekend. I'm officially back in the saddle.

Cheers,

- Ryan

Finally had a new to me OEM BMW electronic performance steering wheel (v1), red buttons from iND, and carbon trim (dash & center console) from Autotecknic installed by RRT in VA. The trim definitely transforms the interior, and the new wheel absolutely enhances the enjoyment of the driving experience. I personally love how the orange race display/LEDs match OEM screens on the gauge/dash.

Nice wheel. Why did you go with v1 instead of v2? Just curious.

Didn't really do anything today, but my new wheels finally showed up after a 5 month wait. Placed the order back in May 2021.

They are a staggered fitment. Medium Disk fronts 19x10+16 super low disk rears 19x10.5+18.
