Group Rear swap 3.15---3.85 M3 E92 DCT

we are in a tracktool project with a m3 e92 DCT / DKG. which we have substituted the rear group from 3.15 to 3.85 (manual). now the car drives much harder. but we have problems with the DCT. When changing gears, it hits a big hit and DTC,s errors. we need to know someone who sells modified soft. We have already read the gearbox with a specific tool.
