Ticking sound when the car is moving

Hi guys,

My E92 M3 is making a weird sound and its driving me insane.

When I start the car, for the first ~5mn the car is making a "ticking" sound only when moving.

After these 5 minute, no more sound

It happen everytime I start the car after some period of time.

Here is a video of it:

It happen even if I press the clutch pedal.

Do you have any idea ?

Exhaust rattle is my best guess. Try the xpipe to headers bolts; may be loose and/or time for new gaskets.
