Ticking sound after installing monoball bushings

Hey all, I decided to refresh my front bushings. I installed powerflex sway bar bushings, monoball thrust arms and lower control arms from GAS. Here's the issue, when I turn the wheel to the left, I hear a ticking sound. It's perfectly fine when turning right. Anyone experience this before? Is it related the parts I changed or a coincidence? The frequency of the ticking speeds up the faster I drive.

You can hear it in this video. Almost sounds like a servo.
