I'll throw in the main belt that comes with it, also used with about 10k miles on it. You will want to purchase the 6 bolts new separately. I can dig up the part number.

Sorry about that, not sure why the price didn't post. $250. It goes for $400, but there are some cheaper competing products. That includes shipping.
