Rod Bearing fun

Just had mine done, 98k miles bought the car this past month. No idea of the oil change history... $900 in parts and $1250 labor. Although add onto that I had motor mounts and other oil leaks fixed which adds money on top of that.

Good news is it looks like you timed it well. Opening it up too early only to see your rod bearings are perfectly fine can feel like a bit of a "waste" (even if upgrading to BE/ARP is still worth doing at any mileage).
