I daily and track Project Mu HC+/HC800. They have excellent cold and hot bite and are long wearing with good pedal feel. They are more than sufficient for trackdays, daily-able and very kind to rotors.

One step higher would be Endless CCRg. Better bite but they will chew up your rotors in no time.

Where do you source the Project Mu pads? I’ve been running Endless ME20. Great at track but a little aggressive for daily use. I was going to drop to Endless MX72, but Endless are hard to find here.

I'm not in the States. PMu and Endless are easy to find here. I've tried MX72 but it's nowhere as good as HC+ and same price.

MX72 for me, I'm using them as a street pad.

If you want try the new MS35 from Endless.

Thanks for the feedback. In what ways did you like the HC+ better?

MX72 feels a bit wooden on the pedal, has poorer initial bite and is not as good from cold. HC+ works well cold and also wet, has great pedal feel, bites well and I've never faded them in 20-30 mins sessions. It's very mild on rotors and lasts a long time. I stopped swapping street/track pads when I started using HC+. I checked my records and the HC+ were also significantly cheaper.

Partner numbers for E9x M3 Brembo GT 6pot front and 4 pot rear below:

Project Mu HC+
Front: Z531 HC+
Rear : F1040 HC+

Endless MX72
Front: RCP132 MX72
Rear: RCP077 MX72

Whats the price difference from the ProjectMu compared to the Endless?

In my country, the MX72 was 70% more expensive for the fronts and 30% more expensive rear.

The comments in this post are fairly accurate comparing HC+, MX72 and CCRg:

You can also do a search for HC800 or HC+800 reviews, there should be tons out there. HC+ is the model name in Japan, HC800 is what they call it in North America.
