Limp Mode and Stalling

Hello guys

Been chasing this issue for 6 months
It started by stalling after refueling, after searching looked like it was the fuel breather valve.

Went and replaced it the issue went away for 2 weeks and then came back.
Then replaced spark plugs with o2 sensors and the stalling problem went away for 2 months.

Then it started to go in limp mode only without stalling, this week stalling came back again with limp mode and the car is not driveable again it will happen after driving for 2 mile

Codes found
2b16
2b57

Car have 39k miles
Parts replaced:

Fuel breather valve
Spark plugs
O2 sensors
Fuel pressure sensor

I don’t want to spend more money on parts that is okay and does not need to replaced, so if anyone could help will be really appreciated

probably a stupid question but when you are refueling are you stopping when the pump goes off or are you overfilling it and filling up the charcoal canister with fuel

2b16 and the other code are for the Throttle Actuators which cause limp modes frequently as they fail. DIY is at https://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=735033

Not that I've heard. If you don't have any other codes after stalling, seems like it could still be the fuel tank breather valve. I'd double check the work since you're already in the same area for replacing the actuators.

Start with one of the other. Don't buy both at the same time.
