Anyone have quad resonators with valved exhaust

Anyone have a quad resonator setup on a valved exhaust? From the videos from valvtronic and bomiz it seems too raspy and just loud. Hoping to tone it down and add a better sound to it

I have the borla quad resonated x pipe with evolve valved exhaust. Sound is amazing. Loud but not crazy when cruising. Very little drone but screams under wot. I’m going to try swapping the x for stock plus test pipes because the catless smell is getting to my head.
