Different N47 castings

So... crazy bunch of swedes trying to build a killer 123d here.. The block do not seem to like north of 300hp and they crack and are pressurising the coolant. The goal is to reach 400hp.

As of now there is a N47D20B-block in the car and our question is, what different castings/partnumbers are available for the N47... and the million dollar question, what of the castings are the strongest?

Everything in the engine is spot on for huge power and lots of diesel revs, but we would like to get a hold of info on what of the castings are the strongest, and what other parts is needed for compability.

Anyone with deeper knowledge on the different N47 variants and their interchangeability could help us a lot.

Thanks in advance.

There was a guy on another BMW site who was modding a M57 for off-road racing. He might be able to provide some insight.
