Decided to change front tires for ps4s, as one of the best road & track tires.

Hey hope all is well, the caliper is from a CLS63 2007-12.

For a cost run down, this is what is in the project so far.

AMG 6 piston CLS63 - Ebay $800 shipped. Negotiated price was asking $1000

Centric Seal kit for both sides $83 shipped. I did end up going with Racing Brakes Seal kit for $200 shipped as it was in stock and I needed it right away.

Powder coating $250

Brackets are $580 Winston, forum member

Mercedes Bleed valves are $46 shopped online.

Hawk HPS 5.0 pads $160

Girodisk rotors $900 from KNS Brakes 380mmx32mm

So about $2800 puts you into a Brembo 6 piston BBK with huge 380mm rotors, all rebuilt and brand new!

Keep us posted on this. I'm going to most likely pull the trigger on this soon.

Just as an FYI, one can purchase the 6 piston AMG calipers brand new online for approx $1300. Only problem is the calipers will be AMG branded.

Went for a nice fall drive and took in some beautiful foliage. In M mode, of course. The crisper temps definitely seem to add a bit of HP!

Stopped for a few photos along the way.

Getting her aligned after I finally installed the eibach's. The stance is perfect IMO and the ride is just about the same as stock. I couldn't be happier.

What ever Goodyear recommended. They said they couldn't adjust the front camber only toe. They left the back at -1.5. I didn't really want to adjust the front since I bought the tires from a friend who ran them on an f80 and the fronts already had some inside wear.

after an oil change, spark plugs, and the BBK installed this week, I was able to get her all cleaned up for Cars and Coffee this am.

Thanks, its a pain in the ass really, and you got to be OCD AF. But with ceramic coatings these days it helps a lot.
