for the end user, we would have to purchase a tune from ess or someone else correct?

Probably $1000. Last I read, these kits are $7300 new, so this used one at $5000 would be $6000 with the tune. At that price I’d buy new with warranty and tune and support. BPM, ESS, Epic and others sell tunes.

I'll update the post so it's a bit more clear I guess - you don't get a P3 gauge and ability to track boost pressure with a new kit. Those are separate items. To get everything I'm selling new, You are talking closer to $8k, and the price is listed as OBO for everything. Everyone is entitled to their opinion of course, but the odds of needing a warranty on a kit like this are slim to none. The Vortech V3 blower is good for literally almost 4x the boost that is being requested by the tune on ESS-625. Our cars do not even come close to running the blowers to any level of real stress and everything else is just basic piping/tubing and some fuel injectors. Your odds of breaking something are very low.

How much power were you making on pump?
This would still need injectors and tune, anything else needed?

525 whp on 93

Injectors come with the kit. The only thing you need is the tune which is $895 from ESS. I will put my stock injectors back in the car when I remove the kit and include them to the buyer.

It is not necessary but is recommended that you replace primary O2 sensors, plugs, and coils. I also did my valve cover gaskets. It's easy to get at all of that during the install and a common reason for misfires after a supercharger install is plugs/coils. This is recommended for any supercharger you put on the car.

EDIT: Thought I'd just want NA power for the funsies with my F80 coming, but really there's no reason to get rid of the supercharger so I have decided to keep it on the car for now. Will re-list if I actually take it off.
