Ok survey cuts off at 11/2011 but what about those of us who purchased before November 2011 and had to change our bearings???

correct me if Im wrong but I dont think at any point was bmw doing bearing shell replacement on the S65b40 it was just whole motor r&r when they failed.

I'm going to bump as well. I think this should stay alive and going. I've been following the lawsuit for a while and it would really help a TON of people out if this were to become effective as a class action.
