noobie question
Can you/do you need corner balance if the setup is like camber plate+B12+aftermarket sway bar+adjustable endlink?

just put on a new sets of suspension but not so sure what level of alignment should be done

the car will be mostly DD and some summer track days.(until I decide to go full tracking)

I believe the B12 is non-height adjustable, right? If so, then no, you can't corner balance the car properly. You need to have ride height adjustability.

Corner balancing is nice but not 100% necessary for a mere mortal like myself... I've had a friend who is a far better driver + has proven to podium in competitive licensed w2w test my car after big changes. Was going to corner balance, but end up not doing it.

Feedback on current setup was that it is already well balanced and the area of improvement is reducing weight, increasing spring and shock stiffness, more aero, and/or better brakes to improve modulation.

BUT, you put the stipulation of, well I don't and won't rotate a square setup front and rear or flip tires on my wheels. So given this, it may be true that no one would get longer then 14 sessions in this car at the track, but a lot of people don't restrict their tire life in the same way you are.

If you have a very strong preference towards a staggered setup then fair enough. But you seem to use both square and staggered so it seems like a quite easy and simple solution to extend your tire life and give yourself justification to run more expensive, better, tires.

I have to finish the third day. Not just do the first two sessions. The "extending" is not significant enough to bother. Technically you are correct. But it is not practical for me.

Speaking of corner weights, this is how my car looked with 1/4 tank of gas during my NASA TT inspection. Not too bad for a car that is basically stock, other than wheels and harnesses.

And that is with you in it right? That's pretty cool. We have to get rid of a bunch of junk in our cars just to come in 100 lbs less than you do stock

That does include the bump from the cage though.

No, that's without me in the car. Despite all of the carbon, fiberglass/plastic body, and aluminum frame, it's still a chonk.

Probably going to take advantage of the Finspeed discount -- help keep some Texans employed.

The crash bar really isn't a complex design. A carbon door with an even stronger crash bar replica could easily be implemented.
I left anything close to being crash bar related alone. I really only trimmed the low hanging fruit. The door pulls the same, everything is there, just a little less weight.
