The car looks to be slightly lowered. Lowering springs is my guess. Tires are 275/35-18 RS-3's.
Also, this thread was a duplicate that never took off. There are many more photo's of E9X M3's on APEX wheels here

18x10.5 squared 285/30 5mm spacer up front. Don't quote me 100% on this cause this was a few years ago lol.
