Knock Noise

Hi guys,

Since a week, the engine has been making the background knock noise heard in the video. The rod bearings have been changed 5.000km ago. What could the knock noise be?

Its manual or DKG? if manual press the pedal and new video

It's manual gearbox, the noise is the same when I press the pedal
