M4 380mm brake rotors fits E92 m3 hub?

This is how i fix it, you need to cut the sensor holder to make it possible to point this way, hope you understand what i mean?

Sensor holder is pointing the calipers.

Looks like a decent solution.

I have an f8x sensor, my plan is to splice a e9x connector on to it and have a nice clean solution, but I've been lazy since my setup has been working great.

I wonder if the cable the same just sensor set for different location. may if you can try first without the splicing the wire.

Connector is not the same, and pins are not removable like other bmw connectors.

The sensor orientation itself is turned in a correct way for the f8x housing, so the correct sensor then connected to the car should work assuming it is the same type of sensor.

I will let u guys know this thursday , I just picked up m2 comp 6 piston 400mm rotor and 4 piston 380 rear, with brackets to fit the e92 m3. This is the same set up for f80 carbon cermaic just with steel rotors

Future classic has the brackets to mount the M2 Comp calipers. I know the brackets are OEM'd by Fall-Line Motorsports. Looking further, I noticed they have the full retrofit kit including M2 Comp calipers, brackets, and rotors front and rear for $6500

It's really tempting and I almost jumped on a set of 400mm brake but after reading through this, I am not sure it's such a good idea. Especially if you have expensive 19" wheelset:

Well I got them for 650 plus 3300 for a complete m2 comp, calipers, rotors and lines front and rear, still better than crappy stoptechs that use single stage paint for 4k

Apex and titan 7 both have 19in wheels with increased barrel clear

FYI F8x sensors are cheap, since they use the same part# on F30s. I was able to spice it onto an e9xm3 connector and it works and mounts perfectly. Have been running for two weeks now with no issues.

Sorry no pics, but it's simple and straight forward just two wires.

Those brackets are stupid, i'd rather buy the f8x spindles brand new for less than the cost of those silly brackets and have an OEM bolt-on solution with zero drawbacks.

$1350 for four brackets is quite steep.

BTW... why is there a rear bracket?

My assumption:

F8x M3/M4 rear calipers and rotors are bolt onto the e92 m3 (+4 washers)
M2C rear caliper and rear 380mm rotor are direct bolt on to F8x M3/M4
Therefore the M2C larger rear brakes should be bolt onto the e92 M3 without a need for a bracket

What am I missing?

The brembo rotors would possibly be much thicker AFAIK compared to the F8x ///M rotor?

Email DBA they offer rings to suit a multitude of brakes, a friend recently used them on his alcon bells/BBK

Brackets are so much easier, thinking about doing a group buy if I can get enough interest, we all mainly need the front the rear brackets for m2 comp 4 piston are complete bolt on no spacer washers needed
