Limp Mode, DSC, Christmas Tree, No stored codes

Hey folks.

I just swapped out my fuel tank breather a couple of weeks ago and was going to swap TA's but decided to wait until I needed them. Then today will driving at 55mph I got the dreaded christmas tree of lights. Car went into Limp mode, etc.

Shut down. Restarted. lights gone.

Happened again. Same thing. Lights went away.

When I got home and plugged in my code reader there were no codes.

Now I'm really confused. Your thoughts, theories and knowledge are welcome.

What code reader are you using? I'd recommend having it scanned with a bmw specific scanner since generic scanners some times won't show codes unless there is a triggered fault (light on dash).

I'm using a Foxwell NT510 https://www.amazon.com/FOXWELL-Autom.../dp/B019QCG5RE

It read the codes for the fuel tank vent issue.
