Titanium wrap finally showed up in the snail mail truck. Too hot to shove the dead dog (fiberglass) back in the can and weld it shut. Maybe in the morning.

Got an Eisenmann Race fitted on Friday, car sounds mental.

Also spent a few days with the X7 M50d, love out more than I expected.

I waterless washed the car and then waxed it in the garage. The garage was 95 degrees. It was such a bad idea, but it looks good. So it was worth it.

GTS DCT changes up the whole gear box Sharper shifts and everything.

EURO MDM allows your car to slide even more before traction kicks in.
Did you have Alex do the Euro MDM?
If so, how do you like it? I have been considering getting it also... how much does it break loose before traction control kicks in?

I don't have euro MDM. It's seen the videos of it posted on the forums.

Not something I'm interested in yet. I used to drive with MDM now I don't even have MDM on

Bought an 2008 e92 m3 DCT three weeks ago, 109k miles, both throttle actuators replaced, but still on original rod bearing. replaced rod bearing immediately at SV bimmer. however car makes some noise/rattles when turning at low speed, don't know what's happening..
Waiting for BAVSOUND speakers to be delivered. Front speakers are blown.
First bimmer! really love it. MPG is abysmal though..

Couldn't resist installing it. Great weekend project and I am very happy with the sound!

Shoutout to SkiFly01 for the excellent donor exhaust!

Swapped out my red gauge faces with grey! The red ones - while they look fantastic - clashed a bit too much with the extended Fox Red dashboard. I think red would suit a black or grey interior perfectly, or even a non-extended FR.

The grey looks so right, a nod to the E46/E39 Ms.

I also got a new redline overlay to match the 8600 RPM customized tachometer face. Now it's perfect.

I drove it to a cars show at a local mall. On the way home I stopped at a Sunoco.

This Sunoco happened to have a 100 octane pump. I put $20 in 100 octane gas in my half empty tank (roughly 2-3 gallons)

The butt dyno could tell a difference. Not much in noticing performance but the deceleration barks from the exhaust were definitely noticeably louder.

I felt nothing different on the performance front, but the decel bark.

My car usually barks and I kind of hear it burbble on itself once. With this 100 octane it seemed to burrble once then a smaller second burrble.

The only other time this happened was when I used an octane booster, so besides sound for me more octane does nothing.
