Anyone have any real world experience with Borla ATAK vs Remus Race?

I just picked up my new to me E92 M3 and it came with a Borla ATAK axle back from the previous owner. Stock x pipe. It sounds very nice but is a bit too tame for my tastes. After watching a ton of videos and reading people's comments here I settled on a Remus Race axle back to replace it with and placed my order this week. Again, the plan is to run it with the stock xpipe.

To my surprise, someone just recently said the Remus is no louder than the ATAK, though they were not 100% certain if the Remus they heard was the Race version. Just wondering if anyone has heard both in person (preferably with stock xpipe) and can lend their opinion on how the two systems compare to one another. I am aware the Remus has more drone. I can live with that if the upside is a more aggressive sound. Thx

I’ve heard the ATAK in person. It’s loud for an axle back not quite as loud as my E.Race and def not meistershaft loud. You might was to look into test pipes and/or Xpipes to pair it with

I’ve had the remus race with test pipes on stock xpipe and it was pretty loud. A benefit of Remus Race is that it's a straight through muffler. I swapped to meisterschaft gt cause I wanted a slightly louder and deeper tone.

I just purchased an e92 with X-pipe + Remus exhaust (from TX), but I've never heard an M3 that sounds like it. I have never heard a Borla ATAK.

I live in Philly/South Jersey if you are ever in the area and want to have a listen!

Update. Received the Remus race and installed. Noticeably quieter than the ATAK. Not even close really. Swapped the ATAK back immediately.
