Getting a few error codes...need some assitance

I am getting the following error codes...
Throttle valve sensor bank 1 (2B1F by the code reader I am using)
Idling speed control valve CAN message bank 2 (CDBE)

Also having issues with pin 13 on the ECU not grounding the relay. I am hoping these issues are related.

I am expecting to have to replace the bank 1 throttle actuator and the idle control valve. Any advice on other theories I am all ears.

No maintenance. No dealership. Work has been done. Motor not in an E90/2 shell.

Figured throttle valve sensor error. I unplugged the sensor (doesn't work well unplugged).

Still having the Idling speed control valve CAN message bank 2 (CDBE) error. Not sure what this means.

Maybe the idle valve is bad

That's the problem with error codes...they sometime don't point to the problem. It might be bad, the confounding thing is it says CAN message...which to me sounds more like an electrical connection (maybe I unplugged another wire) than it being bad. $200 gamble on a new ICV. I just bought 2 used throttle actuators before I realized that wasn't the issue....but I think they will be a good thing to have as spares.
